Eggs from Farms
Eggs come to us from local family farms including our own. Medium and small eggs are also included in the breaking process as shell eggs sold in grocery stores are mainly large and extra large.

Breaking the Eggs
The eggs are broken and, depending on the product, the yolks and whites are either separated or blended together.View Gallery
The cracked eggs are mixed with fresh ingredients like vegetables, cheeses and other wholesome ingredients to create our 7 delicious varieties.
The cracked egg mixes are poured into molds and baked to perfection.
Freezing & Packaging
EGG Bakes! are flash frozen and packed into cartons, then loaded onto trucks to begin their journey to grocery stores.
