Ginger Cookies
Rich with warm spices and a hint of molasses, these cookies are always a favourite.

Ingredients
- 2 cup / 220 g
- sifted flour
- 1 tbsp / 15 g
- ground ginger
- 2 tsp / 10 g
- baking soda
- 1 tsp / 5 g
- cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp / 2.5 g
- salt
- 3/4 cup / 145 g
- shortening
- 1 cup / 220 g
- sugar
- 1
- Naturegg Omega 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup / 85 g
- molasses
Directions
Measure flour and spices in sifter.
In a separate bowl, cream sugar and shortening and then add egg and molasses.
Mix dry ingredients in with the creamed mixture.
Make into small balls.
Roll in white sugar.
Gently flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
