Curried Goat Cheese Tartlets
An easy to make appetizer that looks and tastes fantastic.

- Cook time: 15 min
- frozen mini tart shells (2”/5 cm), thawed
- 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
- curry powder
- 6 tbsp / 90 ml
- goat cheese (3 oz)
- 1 cup / 250 g
- Egg Creations Fat Free Original, well shaken
- smoked salmon
- sliced cherry tomato
- fresh dill weed
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Sprinkle a little curry powder in each tart shell. Place 1 tsp (5 mL) goat cheese in each. Pour Egg Creations™, about 1 tbsp (15 mL) each over cheese.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or just until filling is puffed and set and pastry is golden. Cool slightly.
Garnish each tartlet with smoked salmon or cherry tomato slice and a sprig of dill. Serve warm.
Prepare these ahead and re-warm to serve.
These are also tasty topped with a spoonful of cranberry sauce as a garnish.
