Ginto Deviled Eggs

Nutritional Information


1 Lime (zest)
1/4 tbsp Ground green cardamom
2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
6 EGGS2go!, Burnbrae Farms


  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, with a fork, puree the yolks and add the mayonnaise, coriander, cardamom and lime zest.

  3. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.

  4. Garnish with pepper and some chopped coriander leaves.
