Ham, Cheese and Egg White Sandwich
A great idea to serve as part of a breakfast on the run, it's sure to become a new family favourite.

Ingredients
- 1
- ham steak (175 g)
- 1 1/2 cup / 375 g
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
- 6
- whole wheat English muffins, split, toasted
- 4
- processed cheese slices
- 1
- large tomato, cut into 6 slices
Directions
HEAT oven to 350ºF
USE 2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 rounds from ham steak; place 1 in each of in 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Reserve ham trimmings for snacking or another use.
WHISK egg whites until blended; pour over ham.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until eggs are set.
COVER bottom halves of muffins with processed cheese slices. Remove egg-topped ham rounds from muffin cups; place over Singles. Cover with tomatoes and tops of muffins.
Tips
Use Your Microwave: Pour egg whites over ham rounds in 6 microwaveable custard cups. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until eggs are set. Use to assemble sandwiches as directed.
Prepare using Egg Creations Original or Garden Vegetable.
If you don't have a 2-inch round cookie cutter, you can use a sharp knife to cut the ham into 2-inch rounds instead
