Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
- Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original
- 6-8 clove
- garlic, peeled
- 2 cup
- baby spinach leaves
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- 1 L
- chicken stock
Directions
Shake and pour Egg Creations to add fresh, pre-cracked, pre-beaten eggs to the gently rolling chicken stock.
Immediately after adding the EGG Creations, toss in a handful or two of spinach and stir the mixture. As soon as the eggs are fluffy and the spinach wilts, your soup is ready to be enjoyed. Finish with a healthy sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, to taste.
Tips
Infuse your chicken stock with garlic - and freeze! Make batches of garlic-infused chicken stock and freeze it in 1L portions for later. The frozen stock can be popped out of the container and into a large pot on the stove, and within minutes, your soup base is piping hot!
