Sweet and Salty Tartlet

Mini-tart shells
1 cup
Egg Creations Original (whole eggs or fat free)
1/2 cup
Grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp
Calamondin syrup
1
Cinnamon stick
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°C

  2. Place the mini-tart shells on a baking tray. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, pour the Egg Creations Original mixture and add the cheese and calamondin syrup.

  4. Season with salt and pepper, then stir with a spoon.

  5. Fill the mini-tart shells with the egg mixture.

  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the filling has swollen and is firm.

  7. Grate the cinnamon stick over the mini-tarts.
