French Toast:

Directions

  1. French Toast: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.

  3. Dip: Stir yogurt with fruit spread and serve with kabobs.
