Shrimp and Avocado Omelettes

Buttery shrimp and avocado make a delicious filling in this nutrition-packed omelette.

Nutritional Information



1 cup / 325 g
small or chopped cooked shrimp
tomato, diced
avocado, diced
cilantro to taste
3/4 cup / 175 g
Egg Creations Fat Free Original, well shaken


  1. For three omelettes, combine small or chopped cooked shrimp, tomato, diced avocado and chopped cilantro to taste. Set aside.

  2. Pour 3/4 cup (175 mL) Egg Creations™ Fat Free Original into hot 8” (20cm) frying pan sprayed with a vegetable cooking spray. Cook, stirring with the back of a fork until almost set but still creamy.

  3. Scatter 1/3 of filling over half the omelette. Fold unfilled half over the filling.

  4. Slide out onto serving plate. Repeat omelettes using remaining filling.

  1. Grease pan with vegetable oil or a gluten-free cooking spray.
