Heat 1 tsp / 5 ml avocado oil in large nonstick skillet set over medium heat; pour in 1/4 cup / 60 ml liquid eggs, swirling pan to allow egg to cover bottom of pan.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Flip over; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn out onto plate.
Repeat with remaining liquid eggs and avocado oil. Let cool before using.
Fill with chicken, beef, seafood, vegetables and/or cheese.
