2% milk
1/2 cup / 125 g
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
1 pouch
single serve instant plain oatmeal
1 tbsp / 15 ml
liquid honey (optional)
1 1/2 cup / 375 ml
frozen strawberries

banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine 2% milk, egg whites, oatmeal and honey (if using) in a blender bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the strawberries and banana; blend until smooth.
