|2 cup / 500 ml||2% milk|
|1/2 cup / 125 g||Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken|
|1 pouch||single serve instant plain oatmeal|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||liquid honey (optional)|
|1 1/2 cup / 375 ml||frozen strawberries|
Combine 2% milk, egg whites, oatmeal and honey (if using) in a blender bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the strawberries and banana; blend until smooth.
