Tornado Egg Shrimp

Ingredients

- Naturegg Omega 3 large brown eggs
- 1 tsp / 5 ml
- soy sauce
- 1 tsp / 5 ml
- sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
- white pepper
- 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
- sugar
- 5 oz / 140 g
- shrimp
- 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
- salt
- green onions, diced (optional)
Directions
Crack eggs into a bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper, then whisk. Set bowl aside.
Heat a large non-stick pan on medium with oil.
Cook shrimp, season with salt and flip to cook other side. Set aside.
Heat up a large non-stick pan or wok and turn heat to high.
Pour egg mixture into your pan and use a spatula to push the egg in and out to create a tornado shape.
Once tornado shape is formed and the top of the egg is still runny, add back in the shrimp, turn off heat and cover with a lid until egg is just cooked.
Serve and enjoy!
