Ingredients

2 tbsp / 30 ml
vanilla yogurt
2 tsp / 10 ml
pure maple syrup or honey (or to taste)
1 tbsp / 15 ml
each natural sliced almonds and dried cranberries
1 pouch
single serve instant plain oatmeal
1/4 cup / 50 ml
milk
1/4 cup / 50 ml

Directions

  1. Stir eggs with milk, oatmeal, almonds, cranberries and maple syrup until well combined in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH, stirring half way through, for 1 to 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Stir before serving and top with vanilla yogurt.

Tips

  1. Customize your oatmeal by using any flavour instant oatmeal and a variety of dried fruit and/or nuts.
