Ingredients
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp / 10 ml
- pure maple syrup or honey (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- each natural sliced almonds and dried cranberries
- 1 pouch
- single serve instant plain oatmeal
- 1/4 cup / 50 ml
- milk
- 1/4 cup / 50 ml
- Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original, well shaken
Directions
Stir eggs with milk, oatmeal, almonds, cranberries and maple syrup until well combined in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH, stirring half way through, for 1 to 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Stir before serving and top with vanilla yogurt.
Tips
Customize your oatmeal by using any flavour instant oatmeal and a variety of dried fruit and/or nuts.
