Ingredients

- large leaf lettuce, torn into 6 pieces
- 2 slice
- cooked bacon, cut into thirds
- 6
- small slices Cheddar cheese, trimmed to fit
- 1/2
- avocado, sliced
- "Everything bagel" seasoning* or freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
Pat eggs dry and carefully slice in half, lengthwise. Trim a very thin slice off the bottom half of each egg so that they can stand up (like a bun).
Divide toppings to layer bottom halves equally with lettuce, bacon, cheese and avocado. Cap with top halves of hard-boiled eggs and secure with a cocktail pick.
Sprinkle lightly with bagel seasoning or freshly ground black pepper (if using).
