Ingredients

1 pouch
EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
1
large leaf lettuce, torn into 6 pieces
2 slice
cooked bacon, cut into thirds
6
small slices Cheddar cheese, trimmed to fit
1/2
avocado, sliced
"Everything bagel" seasoning* or freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Directions

  3. Sprinkle lightly with bagel seasoning or freshly ground black pepper (if using).

Tips

  1. *See Everything Bagel Cobb Salad recipe for a homemade recipe for the seasoning blend.

  2. Can be made ahead and reserved in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
