Ingredients

1 pouch
EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
1
large leaf lettuce, torn into 6 pieces
2 slice
cooked bacon, cut into thirds
6
small slices Cheddar cheese, trimmed to fit
1/2
avocado, sliced

  3. Sprinkle lightly with bagel seasoning or freshly ground black pepper (if using).

Tips

  1. *See Everything Bagel Cobb Salad recipe for a homemade recipe for the seasoning blend.

Tips: Hard Boiled

To tell if an egg is raw or hard cooked, spin it. If the egg spins easily, it's hard cooked but if it wobbles, it's raw.
