Ingredients

EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled Snack Pack
2 tbsp / 30 ml
light or regular mayonnaise
2 tbsp / 30 ml
sodium-reduced thick teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp / 15 ml
finely chopped water chestnuts
1 tbsp / 15 ml
finely chopped radish

large Boston or leafy lettuce leaves
shredded carrot and thinly sliced peppers (optional)

Directions

  1. Grate Teriyaki eggs into a small bowl; blend in mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts and radish.

  2. Divide the mixture between the two lettuce leaves. Top with carrot and peppers (if using). Roll up and eat like a burrito.

Tips

  1. Serve this unique sandwich spread on any choice of bread, wrap or bun.

  2. Replace the radish with celery or cucumber.
