- baby spinach
- 1 cup / 250 ml

- skim or nut milk
Directions
In high-powered blender, combine spinach, liquid egg whites, bananas, mango chunks and dairy-free milk; blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
