One Pan Egg Toast Sandwich

Have you tried the viral one pan egg toast sandwich? Try this classic version with egg, bacon and cheese.

Ingredients

2 slice
bread of your choice
1/3 cup
EGG Creations! Whole Eggs Original
1 to 2 tbsp
shredded cheese
2 slice
bacon, already cooked
2 slice
tomato
salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Shake and pour your EGG Creations! into a lightly greased pan over medium heat.

  2. Swirl the egg mixture around to cover the base of the pan.

  3. Place bread on top of the egg mixture and quickly flip bread over to coat both sides of your bread with the egg mixture.

  4. Cook for about 1 minute (or when the edges start lifting off), then flip the eggs/bread so the other side cooks (about another minute).

  5. Add fillings on top of one side: cheese, bacon and tomato and salt and pepper to taste, then fold it over to make a sandwich.

  6. Transfer to a board to slice it in half and then transfer to a plate and enjoy!
