- thick slice of ham
- 1
- slice of Swiss cheese
- to preference
- Egg Creations Fat Free Garden Vegetable cracked eggs, well shaken
Directions
In a custard cup. Place the ham, a slice of Swiss cheese and enough Egg Creations™ Garden Vegetable to cover.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or in a microwave on high (100%) power for 1½ to 2 minutes or until set.
Place on a toasted English muffin, bagel or other round bun.
