Egg & Hash Brown Sammies
This quick and easy recipe is a crowd pleaser, including the kiddos.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
- Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original, well shaken
- 4
- frozen hash brown patties
- 2 slice
- Swiss cheese
- 3 slice
- bacon, cooked
- sprinkle with chopped chives to garnish
Directions
Cook hash brown patties according to package directions.
In a non-stick hot pan, lightly grease with butter or olive oil, pour about a ladle worth of EGG Creations! and allow it to cook for about a minute or less as it is thin.
Place the hash brown patties side by side but allow a little space.
Gently flip the egg/patties to allow them to cook on the other side.
Place one slice of cheese on a patty and add 3 halves of sliced bacon.
Flip the side of the eggs onto the cheese and bacon.
Bring one patty on the other.
Place on a plate or wood, sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
Tips
Flipping the eggs on the cheese helps the cheese to melt faster as it is tucked in the warmth of the eggs.
The recipe can be easily adapted to make other variations including:
Cheese: Use your favorite one and double the amount for a more cheesy sandwich.
Bacon: Use ham or peameal bacon if you prefer
Topping ideas: sliced avocados, chopped tomatoes with onions, ketchup, fried onions.
