One serving of 2 large eggs contain more than 16 vitamins and minerals, 13 grams of protein, only 160 calories and more than 7 times the Omega 3 than a serving of two large eggs. The hens are fed a diet of whole grains and other wholesome ingredients, including corn, soy, vitamins, minerals, plus omega oils, flax seed, and marigold extract for an additional source of DHA omega-3 fatty acids and lutein.
